I develop the material and personally teach every session, drawing on more than four decades in operating companies and my book, Process Safety Excellence: A Practical Reference for Operating Companies.

Risk-Based Process Safety

Understand how the process safety management system organizes and sustains the work. Connect its elements to the responsibilities of operations, maintenance, engineering, and site leadership.

Technical Safety

Connect engineering standards, operating limits, risk analysis, and engineered safeguards to operating decisions. Develop the understanding to question technical recommendations and recognize concerns that require further attention.

Process Safety Leadership

Examine how human and organizational conditions, production pressure, and abnormal situations shape operating decisions. Strengthen risk communication and learn how to escalate unresolved concerns.

Each module: One in-person day or two four-hour live virtual sessions.

All three modules: Three in-person days or six four-hour live virtual sessions.

Foundations self-study and a one-hour preparation session accompany every selection.
