Process Safety Training

Practical training for operating companies

HSE Engineering is developing practical process safety training for the people who lead, manage, support, and perform hazardous-process work.

More than a classroom event

The training is designed as a learning arc, not a stand-alone class. Engagement before the course will help me understand the participants, their roles, and their operating context. Live sessions will emphasize discussion, incident lessons, practical tools, and decisions people face in actual operating environments. Follow-up engagement will give participants an opportunity to bring back what they applied, what they learned, and where they need additional support.

The objective is not simply to complete a course. It is to help people put the material to work.

I teach the training myself

I develop the material and personally teach every session. The experience and judgment represented on this website are the same experience and judgment participants will get in the room. I do not sell the engagement and then hand the training to another instructor.

In development

Training programs are being developed as Process Safety Excellence moves toward publication. Specific topics, formats, and schedules will be announced as they are ready.
